Marco De Luca

Marco De Luca (born 12 May 1981 in Rome ) is an Italian -goers and a specialist on the 50 -km distance.

At the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005, he came to 13th. The following year he finished seventh at the European Championships in Gothenburg, and at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 he came in 19th place finish.

An eighth place finish at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin was followed by a sixth at the European Championships 2010 in Barcelona.

From 2006 to 2009 he was Italian champion on the 50 -km distance.

Marco De Luca is 1,88 m tall and weighs 69 kg. He is trained by Patrizio Parcesepe and starts for Fiamme Gialle.
