Marianne Aspelin

Marianne Aspelin is a Norwegian curler.

Her international debut was Aspelin at the Junior European Championships 1985 in Copenhagen, where she won the gold medal.

Aspelin was replacement player of the Norwegian team at the XV. Olympic Winter Games in Calgary in 1988 and at the XVI. 1992 Winter Olympic Games in Albertville in curling. 1988 won the team of Skip Trine Trulsen in Olympic bronze medal. Four years later, the team of Dordi Nordby won the Olympic silver medal after a 3:9 defeat in the final against Germany by Andrea Schoepp Skip. Since curling was still a demonstration sport, the medals have no official status.
