Marianne Kiefer

Marianne Kiefer ( born September 3, 1928 in Dresden, † January 4, 2008 in Kreischa ) was a German actress.

Life

Marianne Kiefer was born in 1928 as daughter of an artist couple in Dresden. In early 1945, she worked as Tanzsoubrette in Dresden, followed by stations in Köthen, Eisleben and toured Germany. She became a member of the ensemble of the Berlin Friedrichstadt Palace in 1968. Later she was a member of the actor ensemble of television of the GDR, where she became known for her comedic roles notoriety.

After the fall, she hosted the NDR show Rejoice in the north, followed by various stage activities. However, from 1991, she appeared no longer in television roles. In various programs of comedy Dresden and other theaters, they still proved her acting skills in comedy specialist and had in 2004 in "You're only young twice " their last major theater role.

Marianne Kiefer died at the age of 79 years in Kreischa to the consequences of severe diabetes disease. She was buried in the cemetery of Zeuthen in Brandenburg.
