Mariánské Radčice

Marianske Radčice ( German Maria Ratschitz ) is a municipality in Okres Most in northern Bohemia Usti nad Labem Region, Czech Republic. It is located five kilometers south of Litvinov in the North Bohemian Basin and is drained by the creek Radčický ( Grundbach ).

Place of pilgrimage

Mainly, the place is known by the Sanctuary, which is a Marian shrine and belongs to the Cistercian monastery Osek.

The church itself is in good condition. The cloister and the six side chapels require remediation. In the 2010s years the associated parsonage was renovated.

Community structure

The municipality consists of the villages of Marianske Radčice Libkovice ( Liquitz ) and Marianske Radčice ( Maria Ratschitz ). The municipality is divided into the Katastralbezirke Libkovice u Mostu and Marianske Radčice.
