Marie Collings

Marie Collings, 18 Dame de Sark (* 1791, † 1853) was from 1852 to 1853 Dame de Sark.

She was the daughter of John Allaire, a privateer from Guernsey. As in 1844, hopelessly sought the then Seigneur of Sark, Ernest le Pelley after funds to continue the operation of a silver mine, fame came the permission of the Crown, the feudal system of Sark for £ 4,000 at Collings father to pledge.
