Marie Dubois

Marie Dubois ( born January 12, 1937 in Paris, France) is a French actress.

Life

Became famous Dubois (aka Claudine Huze ) as a waitress in François Truffaut's Léna Shoot the Piano Player ( 1960). One year it occupied Truffaut them for the supporting role of Thérèse in Jules and Jim. She is the heroine of Georges Lautner's black comedy Le monocle noir, Pierre Badel occupied it in 1964 as Marie Curie, Luchino Visconti for the innocence. Marie Dubois feels the cinema d'auteur committed and works with Jacques Doniol - Valcroze and Alain Tanner. On the side of Yves Montand she played in 1977 in wages of giants. Her later successes include, inter alia, Vincent, François, Paul and the others, Alain Resnais ' My uncle from America and Claude Chabrol's Rien ne va plus. She suffers from multiple sclerosis. Marie Dubois was married to actor Serge Rousseau.
