Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego

The United States Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego ( MCRD San Diego ) is a military base in San Diego, California, in the all male recruits west of the Mississippi have lived in their recruitment, complete their basic education. They are therefore called "Hollywood Marines ".

Basic training

The basic training for recruits of the U.S. Marine Corps, also called boot camp lasts thirteen weeks in which the recruit from the civilian world is separately and simultaneously learns to adapt to the world and the mindset of the Marines.
