Life and work

Mario Millo was born in 1955 in Sydney, New South Wales, the son of Italian immigrants in Australia. At the age of five years, his father taught him to play the mandolin, with eight, he learned to play guitar. With twelve years Millo had his own band called The Menu at the Mitchell High School in Blacktown.
