Mario Silva

Mario Silva ( born June 11, 1966) is a Canadian politician and MP in the House of Commons of Canada. Silva is a member of the Liberal Party of Canada and won the 2004 elections in the constituency Davenport.

Silva was born in the Azores belong to Portugal. In 1994 he won the elections to the town hall meeting of the Canadian city of Toronto and defeated by 15 votes majority Tony O'Donohue. In 2004 he moved as a politician on the federal level and sat within the party by a vote with the Liberals against Charles Caccia. After his election to the House Silva was outed in the Toronto Star. 2006 Silva again defended the constituency for the Liberals.
