Marion Gröbner

Marion Gröbner ( born December 26, 1985 in Scheibbs ) is an Austrian football player. The offensive player plays for the Norwegian second division Medkila Idrettslag and the Austrian national team.

Career

Gröbner began her career in 1992 in Wiesel castle and later played in the Bundesliga for the SG Ardagger / Nove Mesto, the SV Neulengbach, Union Klein Munich and Linz USC Landhaus Vienna. With Neulengbach they won the 2004 championship. In 2010 she moved to Germany for Bundesliga Up Herford SV. In April 2012, she signed in Norway during Medkila Idrettslag.

Since 2003, Groebner is active in the Austrian national team, before they played already in the U-19 national team. In 2008 she was selected for the Society of Friends footballers choosing to Austria's Player of the Year. January 20, 2013, she announced her move back to the German Bundesliga FSV Gütersloh 2009, when she signed a 6 month contract.
