Mark Davies (Bishop of Shrewsbury)

Mark Davies ( born May 12, 1959 in Manchester, United Kingdom), Bishop of Shrewsbury.

Life

Mark Davies received on 11 February 1984, the sacrament of Holy Orders and was incardinated in the Clergy of the Diocese of Salford.

On 22 December 2009 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him. the Coadjutor Bishop of Shrewsbury. The Bishop of Shrewsbury, Brian Michael Noble, donated to him on 22 February 2011 episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Archbishop of Liverpool, Patrick Kelly, and the Bishop of Salford, Terence Brain. On 1 October 2010, when Mark Davies in succession by Brian Michael Noble, who resigned for reasons of age, Bishop of Shrewsbury.
