Mark Mitchell (American figure skater)

Mark Mitchell ( born May 2, 1968) is an American former figure skater, who started in a single run.

Mitchell was three times on the podium at the national championships. He was runner-up behind Scott Davis in 1993. He went only twice at the World Championships, but there was extremely successful. In 1992 he was fifth in 1993 and even fourth and best Americans, even before the U.S. champion Davis. After the short program, in which he even had a 6.0 gain for the presentation, he was even ranked second for the 1992 Olympics he had athletic qualified with 3rd place at the national championships, the Association gave Todd Eldredge, however, the injury was missing the first. In the subsequent World Cup, however, Mitchell placed before Eldredge.

In 1994, Mitchell to the pros and toured with Champions on Ice. He now works jointly with the former Swedish Figure Skating Champion Peter Johansson as figure skating coach for the Skating Club of Boston.
