Mark Yeates

Mark Stephen Yeates (born 11 January 1985 in Tallaght, a suburb of Dublin) is an Irish football player. He currently plays for Watford FC in the Football League Championship.

Career

Association

His club career started in 2002 at Tottenham Hotspur. A year later he moved to Brighton then return to Tottenham Hotspur for another year. Other borrowing took place at Swindon Town (2004 ) Colchester United ( 2005/2006), Hull City (2006 /2007) and Leicester City (2007). Colchester United finally signed him for two seasons from 2008/2009. He then moved to Middlesbrough FC and from January 2010 to 2011, he played at Sheffield United.

In July 2011 he moved to the English second division side FC Watford.

National

Yaetes had three operations in the Irish U-21 national team and played once in 2007 in the B team.
