Markus Heppke

Markus Heppke ( born April 11, 1986 in Essen) is a German footballer who plays in the service of Rot-Weiss Essen.

Career

Heppke began his playing career at blue-yellow Überruhr in Essen- Ruhr, where he played from 1992 in the young. In 1999 he moved to the youth of FC Schalke 04, where he won the 2005 DFB-Pokal the A- youth teams. He scored in the 3-1 final victory against Tennis Borussia Berlin a hit. From the 2005/06 season he played for the second team of FC Schalke 04 in the Oberliga Westfalen. His only previous use in the Bundesliga midfielder had the age of 20 in the game at Energie Cottbus on 18 November 2006, when Heppke came on shortly before the game ends for Peter Lovenkrands. On 1 January 2009 changed " the fastest players in the first team " of Schalke to second division side Rot-Weiß Oberhausen, in which he received a contract until 30 June 2010. After this contract was not renewed, he moved to the 2010/11 season in the amateur and signed in Wuppertal SV Borussia, the descent before the Regionalliga. Despite an ongoing contract, he left the club after a year and was again active in his native city when he signed with Rot-Weiss Essen, which had previously been promoted to the Regionalliga West.

Heppke came for different German Junior national teams from U -16 to U- 20 for use and in 2005 he took part in the U-19 European Championships, in which the German selection reached the semifinals.
