Markus Nüssli

Mark Lamb ( born July 9, 1971) is a former Swiss bobsledder from Berg TG.

Career

Bobs

Lamb, who started for the St. Moritz Bobsleigh Club, won his first international medal at the European Championship 1997 in Koenigssee Bob. As a freshman in four-man of Marcel Rohner saw him win the Bob by Christoph Langen and Wolfgang Hoppe the bronze medal. At the Olympic Winter Games in Nagano in 1998 he won the silver medal for Switzerland in the four-man event with Marcel Rohner, Markus water and Beat Seitz. A year later he also won the four-man event at the Bob Championship 1999 in Winterberg in Vierbob silver. In the same year he won the silver medal at the Bob World Cup in Cortina d' Ampezzo, together with Marcel Rohner, Beat Hefti and Silvio Schaufelbergerstrasse.

Gymnastics

Lamb became active as a gymnast in STV mountain. Even after his playing career, he took bobsledder still active part in competitions and gymnastics events.
