Martin Padar

Martin Padar (* April 11, 1979 in Tallinn) is an Estonian judoka.

Padar has won numerous medals at European Championships. His greatest achievement is winning the silver medal in 2002 in Maribor. In the military world championships in 2007 in Hyderabad, he won the gold medal. In 2008 he took part in the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympic Games. Padar, who wore the Estonian flag at the opening ceremony, but had already lost in the second round against Brazilian Joao Schittler.

In his career Padar has been able to decide eight World Cup competitions.

Padar launched several years in the Bundesliga for the TSV Grosshadern. In 2008 he moved to TSV Abensberg.
