Martin Pulpit 2007

Martin Pulpit ( born January 29, 1967 in Prague ) is a former Czech football player and current football coach.

Playing career

Martin Pulpit played in his youth for TJ Horni Mecholupy, FC Bohemians Prague Viktoria Zizkov and. In the senior level, he wore the jersey mostly smaller teams Prague from 1990 to 1992, he played for the second team of the Bohemians. His career ended after the 1995/96 season in Dobřejovice.

Coaching career

Even with 18 years Martin Pulpit began to work as a coach and coached the youth teams of TJ Dolni Pocernice, Slavoj Vyšehrad and CKD Kompresory.

His first stop at senior level from 1996 to 1998, the third division Pelikan Decin. 1998/99 he was responsible for the second division FC Vitkovice, but was sacked six games left in the season. Then worked Pulpit two years in the second division at FK AS Pardubice. For the second round in 2002/ 03 he took over in the same league FK Mladá Boleslav, left the club but after half a year. He replaced in early 2004 Vladimír Táborský as coach of SK Hradec Králové, but was released even after eight games. 2004/ 05 he failed only extremely scarce with Viktoria Plzen on promotion to the 1st League.

In the following season Pulpit worked again in Pardubice. When the club sold his second league license to Banik Sokolov in the summer of 2006, Martin Pulpit walked alongside numerous players according to Sokolov, he led the team to sixth place.

In June 2007 he signed a one year contract at Sigma Olomouc with an option for another year. In April 2008, the club's management decided to dismiss Pulpit again.

From July to November 2009 worked Pulpit as sports director at the Polish first division Odra Wodzisław. As of 2010, trained Pulpit Czech second division club FK Banik Most.
