Martinice (Kroměříž District)

Marti Nice ( German Martinitz ) is an agricultural community and is located about 20 kilometers from the district town Kroměříž in the region Zlín (Czech Republic) away. On 470 acres of about 650 people.

The village stretches along the river Mojena without its own center. In 1262 it was first mentioned as a villa Martinicz and was most of the time the chapter Olomouc. 1858, the first school was built.
