Marty Chan

Marty Chan ( born May 11, 1965 in Edmonton ) is a Canadian writer of Chinese descent.

Chan began his literary career in 1994 with the radio series The Dim Sum Diaries, in which he detailed his experiences as the son of Chinese immigrants in the Canadian prairies. 1995-96 he worked as a writer for the television series Jake and the Kid. Since 2002, several children's books were created, in addition, he wrote plays for youth audiences.
