Marvin Braun

Marvin Brown ( born January 11, 1982 in Ludwigsburg ) is a German football player.

Career

In his youth he played in the Swabian circle League club TSV Asperg, where he learned kicking. For the 2001/ 02 season, Brown had his first professional contract at VfB Stuttgart. He also denied on April 14, 2002, his single league game when he came off the bench in the match against Energie Cottbus in the 88th minute for Christian Tiffert. Since he was otherwise used only in the second team of VfB, he moved to local rivals Stuttgarter Kickers to be regulars there. Two seasons later he moved to FC Augsburg. Since he did not play there regularly, in 2005 he moved back to the Stuttgarter Kickers. There he was again starting players and recommended for a transfer to FC St. Pauli. There he accomplished in his first season promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga.

After Brown reached in the 2007/ 08 season with the hamburgers relegation in League 2, he signed a one-year contract with league rival VfL Osnabrück. Since the simplistic side option was not taken to extend the contract for another year, Brown moved to the new season for SV Borussia Wuppertal, where he ended his career in 2010. In his 10 professional years Marvin Brown came to 198 league inserts and scored 36 goals.
