Mary Harvey
Mary Harvey ( born June 4, 1965 in Palo Alto, California ) is a former American football player and functionary.
Career
Clubs
Harvey played during their studies at the University of California, Berkeley for the local high school team, the California Golden Bears. From 1990 to 1992 she was in the squad of the FSV Frankfurt, where she was able to win the 1990 DFB-Pokal. Mid -1990s, she played for the Swedish club Tyresö FF.
National
Harvey made his debut in 1989 in the U.S. national team and won this gold medal at the World Championships in 1991. During the 1995 World Cup, which the U.S. graduating in third place, they remained just as in triumph at the 1996 Summer Olympics without tournament use. In 1996, Harvey finished her international career.
Functionary activity
After the end of their active career Harvey has worked in various roles for the U.S. Soccer Federation and FIFA. From 2008 to 2010 she was COO of the Women's Football League WPS.
