Mary Tombiri

Mary Tombiri (born 23 July 1972) is a former Nigerian sprinter.

In 1990 she won the 100m bronze at the African Championships in Cairo.

In 1994 she was over 100 m at the Commonwealth Games in Victoria Seventh. In the 4 x 100 - meter relay team triumphed the Nigerian quartet in the cast Faith Idehen, Christy Opara - Thompson and Mary Onyali. This relay also went to the Athletics World Cup in London for Africa and won there as well.

In 1995 she resigned over 100 m at the World Athletics Championships in Gothenburg and won bronze at the Pan-African Games in Harare. At the Olympic Games in 1996, it reached more than 100 m the quarter-finals and came up with the Nigerian 4 x 100 -meter relay to fifth place.
