Masakazu Katsura

Masakazu Katsura (Japanese桂 正 和, Masakazu Katsura, born December 10, 1962 in Fukui Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese manga artist.

Life

He made his debut in 1981 with Tenkōsei wa Hensōsei? in Weekly Shōnen Jump manga magazine issue 32/1981, for which he even won the Tezuka Award of the magazine in the same year. With Wingman he had great success, but only with his next work, Video Girl Ai, a romantic story with beautiful girl, he changed his drawing style, which eventually helped him to the final break and earned him the nickname Master of the curves.

He is a big Batman fan, which is especially evident in the series Shadow Lady, in which the young inconspicuous Aimi Komomori night to Shadow Lady, a daring and flirtatious Fassadenkletterin and burglar is.
