The Massawa International Airport is an international airport in Massawa (Eritrea ), the main port city in the region Semienawi red sea region.

Commercial flights to this airport began in the fall of 2010, when the airline Nasair has flights to Jeddah, Dubai, Doha, Khartoum and Nairobi offered.

The airport has a single concrete airstrip. It got flights from local dignitaries and foreign leaders, including the President of Yemen.
