Matías Médici

Matías Médici ( born June 29, 1975 in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine racing driver.

Matías Médici in 2001 Uruguayan champion in the 40 -km individual time trial and 2002 Uruguayan champion in the time trial on the road. He won the 2004 two stages in the Volta de Santa Catarina and so could the Appreciation decide for themselves. A year later, he won there again a section. In the years 2004 and 2005, he was standing in rows also decide the team of the Club Ciclista Fénix each case the Appreciation of the stage tour Rutas de América in his favor. 2006 Médici won the Argentine league title in the time trial and a stage of the Volta do Estado de São Paulo. Since 2007 he is at the brasialinschen Continental Team Scott - Marcondes Cesar under contract, for which he won a stage and the overall classification of the Volta do Rio de Janeiro. In 2012 he finished second in the series porongos team starting at the Rutas de América third place overall behind winner Jorge Soto and the Uruguayan Alan Presa. On February 25, 2012 Médici tested positive for EPO in a doping control during the Rutas de America. He was then banned by the UCI for 2 years.
