Matthias Döschner
Matthias " Atze " Döschner ( born January 12, 1958 in Dohna ) is a former German football player. He played in the DDR - Oberliga and the 2nd Bundesliga. With Dynamo Dresden he was three times football champion and cup winner. For the East German national team, he completed 40 internationals. Later worked as a football coach at unterklassigen clubs.
Matthias Döschner is the son of Dresdner football player Fritz Döschner, who played for the SC Einheit Dresden in the GDR Oberliga. Son Matthias started the club FSV Lok successor Dresden to play football. At the age of 13, he was in 1971 delegated to local rivals Dynamo Dresden and became a pupil of the Dresden Children and Youth Sports School. After leaving school he trained as an electronics specialist workers. At 20 he made his debut in the GDR Oberliga when he was in the meeting of the 14th match day of the season 1977/78 bismuth Aue on 18 February 1978 - has been summoned Dynamo Dresden ( 1:1) as a left winger. After the championship win of 1978 Döschner came in 1984 again won such titles. The gained by the political events of 1989 took advantage of freedom Döschner for entry into professional football. After contact with Bayer Leverkusen and FC St. Pauli of the now 32 -year-old graduated in the summer of 1990 together with his team-mates Dresden Hans- Uwe Pilz and Andreas Trautmann to the West German second division Fortuna Cologne. Döschner was in 1990/91 only 22 point games in the 2nd Bundesliga contest, then finished on 27 February 1991, a serious knee injury in the match against Hannover 96 his career as a football player.
Döschner returned to Dresden, could be retrained for roof plumbers and roofers worked with in the company of his father. Today ( 2012) is Döschner area sales manager. He also acquired the A- license coach and coached teams like unterklassigen VfL Pirna- Copitz, SV Fortuna Magdeburg and Rostock FC. Later he settled in the Sauerland Mars Hill, where he coached the local football club. In February 2012 Döschner started training at the FSG Ittertal / Marie Hagen ( circle Oberliga Waldeck ).
