Matthias Lust

Matthias Lust (* April 27, 1970 in Heilbronn ) is a former German football player. He was inducted in the midfield and as a full-back.

Career

Lust played for Stuttgarter Kickers and SpVgg 07 Ludwigsburg, before he completed his first Bundesliga appearances in the season 1990/91 for Karlsruher SC. 1991/92 he played in the 2nd Bundesliga for SV Waldhof Mannheim. In 1992, he transferred to 1 FC Saarbrücken, where he played three years, both in the first and in the second division.

Then signed him the SpVgg Unterhaching. With the Munich suburbanites he increased in 1999 in the Bundesliga. Lust, however, had signed an early stage when relegated VfL Bochum, with which he was able to rise again in the following season. In Bochum, but lust was not a regular player and went back in the winter of 2001 to Unterhaching, where he played until 2005. He then worked for SpVgg as a youth coach. In October 2007 he was promoted after the dismissal of Werner Lorant the assistant coach of the first team, where he assisted Ralph Hasenhüttl.

When Ralph Hasenhüttl was suspended on 22 February 2010 by the SpVgg Unterhaching, took Matthias Lust briefly the post as head coach of the first team. After the signing of Klaus Augenthaler acted like again as assistant coach. He was released along with Klaus Thaler eyes and the former goalkeeper coach Rainer Berg at the end of the 2010/11 season.
