Life
Max Nemetz was an actor at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Berlin. He was celebrated as a second Paul Wegener, but remained always behind its uniqueness. In a review it says, " Nemetz plays with great passion, mobile, bitter, spiteful and cantankerous ". Nemetz joined in his Berlin years of 1918-1923 from time to time in the silent film on, then left the film capital and filmed only from 1953 - mainly television productions. He died during a spa stay in Bad Herrenalb in the Black Forest.
