Max Samter

Max Samter (born 3 March 1908 in Berlin, † February 9, 1999 in Evanston ) was an American physician ( immunologist ) German origin.

Life

In 1937, he fled to the United States, since 1946 he was a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Among other things, he was the editor of American Lectures in Allergy (1950) and co-editor of the American Journal of Allergy ( 1952).
