Maxeen

Maxeen was a three -piece rock band from Long Beach, California (USA ), as consisting of Tom Bailey (vocals and bass), Robb Torres ( guitar) and Jay Skowronek (drums). The former founding member Shannon McMurray, former guitarist, left the band in 2006 to pursue other career goals. On 13 March 2008 the drummer Jay Skowronek announced on their MySpace profile page Maxeen that he is leaving the band - shortly after the band broke up.

The band released in 2003 their first album called " Maxeen " under the label SideOneDummy Records on an " Enhanced CD ", which also included a photo spread alongside 12 tracks. In 2004, the band at Warner Bros Records signed a record deal and produced their second album " Echo Hello ", which was never published in the ordinary trade, only on music platforms like iTunes is to have. Due to the failed release of their second album the band ended in 2007 their contract with Warner Bros. Records.
