The McLeod River is a river in the Canadian province of British Columbia.

The McLeod River rises on the Nechako Plateau at about 1000 meters altitude - 2 km southeast of the Two Bears Lakes. From there it flows initially for a short distance in a northerly direction, but then turns east and flows into the Carp Lake, which he leaves again on its northeastern shore. He continues to flow in a north-easterly direction. It flows through the small War Lake and passes through the War Falls. Shortly afterwards opens the McDougall River, which is much richer in water, from the left in the river. After about 80 km of the McLeod River reaches the northwest shore of McLeod Lake, which is drained by the Pack River north to Williston Lake. The headwaters of the McLeod River is located in Carp Lake Provincial Park. The river is fly-fishing.
