Meatloaf

Meatloaf, roast Faschierter, downy bunny or Heuchelhase is a roast of minced meat, which is known variants in many countries.

To prepare minced meat is processed (usually mixed from pork and beef ) with breadcrumbs or soaked bread and egg and onion, salt and pepper into a mass first.
