Métal Urbain

Metal Urbain was a French punk band from Paris, in 1977 by Clode panic ( Voc. ), Eric Debris ( Synth, Drums ), Herman Schwartz ( git ) and Nancy Luger ( Git ) was founded. From 1978 to be named the band metal boys, being simultaneously published works under both names.

After their first single panic appeared only in France, they were the first band, which was released by the British independent record label Rough Trade Records. Eric Debris was also the frontman of Dr. Mix & the Remix.

Shortly before the recordings of their first album Les hommes morts sont dangereux in December 1978 disappeared without trace and debris Clode panic took over the part of the singer. The band split in 1980. It was revived by the two original members Eric Debris and Herman Schwartz 2004. In 2006 he vomi the second album of the band, J'irai chier dans ton.
