Meteor hammer

The Liuxingchui (Chinese流星 锤/流星 锤, Pinyin Liuxing Chui Meteor Hammer ', English and German title: Meteor Hammer, also: Liuxin Chui, Shang Bao, Liu Xing Shui, Dai Chui ) is a medieval Chinese strike weapon.

Description

The Liuxingchui consists of one or two weights of bronze, secured to a cable or connected to each other by a chain. The weights are difficult to about three kilograms, the rope to about three feet long. The weight and the name of the weapon will vary depending on manufacture.

Application

One uses the gun by putting the weight by swirling around the body in motion, thereby increasing the swing speed. The advantage of Liuxingchui is its speed, its reach and that you can carry it concealed. This makes it possible to carry out sudden attacks and thus to surprise the enemy.
