Miami -Dade Transit ( MDT) are the transport services for the public transport in the Miami -Dade County, Florida, United States. MDT transported over 390,000 passengers daily. The public company was founded in 1960. Miami -Date Transit operates the Metrorail and an extensive bus system. A special feature is the free Metro Mover.

The five stations of the Tri-Rail in the area of Miami -Dade County are not operated by the MDT. A free trolley bus system is funded directly by the city of Miami.
