Michael Craig (actor)
Michael Craig ( born January 27, 1928 in Poona, India) is a British actor and screenwriter.
Life
Michael Craig grew up in India and Canada. At twenty, he came to England and found employment immediately as an extra in the film, shortly thereafter as a stage performer. In 1951, Craig joined in television productions and from 1953 regularly in the movie. His work includes crime films as well as screen adventure and problem films. From the late 60's Craig was several times in Italian and Spanish productions worked, from the mid- 70s for the Australian film.
At the Academy Awards in 1961 Craig was nominated for Best Original Screenplay for angry silence along with Richard Gregson and Bryan Forbes in the category.
