Michael Eggert (footballer)

Michael Eggert ( born September 29, 1952) is a former German football player.

Career

Eggert's professional career began in the Ruhr at Bochum. His Erstligadebüt he gave on June 2, 1973 the 33rd matchday of the 1972/73 season, against Rot -Weiß Oberhausen, when he came on in the 70 minutes for Hans -Werner Hartl. Already in the following season he was able to fight for a regular place. Until his departure in 1980, he was placed in the Bochum team. For the 1980/81 season was followed by a transfer to the 1st FC Nuremberg, where he soon, however, was only a reserve. After he was singled out in 1982, he continued his law studies and was assistant to the management of a real estate company in Nuremberg.

Later he played for the unterklassigen FSV Bad Windsheim.
