Michael Goldenberg
Michael Goldberg (born 1965 in the U.S.) is an American screenwriter and director.
Life
After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, he wrote the screenplay for the drama Bed of Roses with Mary Stuart Masterson and Christian Slater in the lead roles, which he also directed. After that, he was involved in the script of the movie Contact by Robert Zemeckis, who promptly with his colleague James V. Hart which he was nominated for the Saturn Award for Best Writer category. He co -adapted the 2003 children's film Peter Pan with PJ Hogan.
Goldberg was hired in 2004 by Warner Bros. to write the scenario for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. He was nominated for the 2008 Saturn Award for his performance, but could not win again. Most recently, he wrote the screenplay Green Lantern is a movie directed by Martin Campbell.
