Michael Hertwig

Michael Hertwig ( born November 17 1960) is a former German football player and coach.

Career

Player

With Michael Hertwig as defensive player of the Bundesliga club Bayern Munich committed for the season 1984/85 the German amateur champions from Offenburger FV. Since Hertwig was no use in this season, he moved to the " winter break " inside the game class for Karlsruhe SC, for he on February 2, 1985 ( 18th Round ), with the beginning of the season, in the 0-3 defeat at SV Waldhof Mannheim was his debut. After ten games for the sports club, he joined the following season to the second division Tennis Borussia Berlin, but where he remained without a goal. Nevertheless, he was able to prevail here as a regular player and played until the end of the season 25 games for Berlin. His last game in the professional area he gave on May 3, 1986 ( 36th Round ) in the 0-1 home defeat by KSV Hessen Kassel.

Coach

From 1991 to 1994 he coached the South Baden country division FV cell Weiersbach. From 2004 to 2007 he was the coach of the women's team of second division SC sand. Since the season 2010/11 he trained the first team of South Baden sports club SV Oberkirch.
