Michael May (racing driver)

Michael May ( born August 18, 1934 in Stuttgart ) is a retired Swiss racing driver.

May 1959 launched in various Formula Junior race and achieved three wins in ten races. For 1960, use the Solitude Grand Prix in Formula 2 was planned, but this did not materialize.

In the season 1961 May sat down next to the German Wolfgang Seidel team Scuderia Colonia with a Lotus 18 at the Formula 1 race in part. For the Grand Prix of Monaco, he qualified on the 13th on the grid but retired due to problems with the oil line from.
