Michael McIntyre
Michael Hazen James McIntyre ( born February 21, 1976 in London ) is a British comedian.
Life
McIntyre attended the University of Edinburgh for a year. The study he broke off to start a career as a screenwriter.
Since 2009, McIntyre plays in his own stand - up comedy TV show, Michael McIntyre 's Comedy Roadshow on BBC One.
In addition to his television appearances McIntyre also occurs in the BBC radio.
In 2010 he published his autobiography, Life and Laughing: My Story.
In 2011, he was moderator of the BBC Red Nose Day. Also in 2011, McIntyre was a juror in the British television show Britain's Got Talent.
In 2012, he started his second tour in the UK. With a box office earnings of 21 million pounds McIntyre this year was the most successful comedians worldwide.
McIntyre is married and has two children. His father, Ray Cameron was also a comedian.
