Michael Bemben, Polish: Michał Bemben, ( born January 28, 1976 in Ruda Śląska ) is a former German - Polish footballer.

Career

Bemben began with nine years of his football career in his native Poland at Gornik Zabrze. After four years he left Poland and moved to North Rhine-Westphalia Bonen. There he played for two years at the SpVg Bonen, from where he moved to neighboring Hammer SpVg 1991. There, he also achieved a jump in the men's team. In 1995 Bemben joined the second men's team Creates the VfL ​​Bochum, three years later, he joined the Bochum on the first team for which he total of 65 Bundesliga and 56 second division games played until 2005, scoring three goals.

With the Bochum Bemben was 2003/ 04 reached a surprising fifth place in the Bundesliga. A short time later he left Poland and went to Germany. Again, a short time later he kept fit on the SV Wuppertal. He then reversed its decision to end career and signed on July 23, 2013 a contract with the Wuppertalern.
