Michał Lorenc

Michał Lorenc ( born October 5, 1955 in Warsaw) is a Polish film composer.

Life

1989 Lorenc worked for Maciej Dejczers film 300 mil do nieba (English Title: 300 Miles to Heaven, that is, 300 miles to the sky ), for which he was nominated for the European Film Awards 1989. From 1992 to 2007 Lorenc won five times the award for the best film music at the Polish Film Festival, one of which (1995 ) together for " tie " with Jerzy Satanowski. In 1999, he won with the music for Nic (1998), the International Prize for Film and Media Music of the International Biennial of film music. In the same year he won with the music for the 1998's movie The treba zabit Sekala the film award Bohemian lion, he was with the music for Babí léto (2001) again nominated for the award in 2002.

Lorenc ' music for the French-Polish film Cztery Noce Z Anna (that is, four nights with Anna ) described the Variety magazine as " great support " it, " maintain momentum or build atmosphere."

The soundtrack for the Czech-Polish- Slovak- French co-production The treba zabit Sekala (ie Sekal must die ) praised the magazine as subtle; they " raise " ( elevates ) the whole movie.
