Michel Constantin
Michel Constantin (actually Constantin Hokloff; born July 13, 1924 in Billancourt, † August 29 2003 in Draguignan ) was a French actor.
Life
The son of Eastern European immigrants made his film debut in 1956 in the comedy The daisy is defoliated with Brigitte Bardot, in which he was seen as a striptease viewers. In 1960 he became known for his starring role as Jo Cassine in the hole by Jacques Becker.
Since then, he was primarily seen in gangster roles, including 1966 in the second breath of Jean -Pierre Melville, a bull sees red by Yves Boisset, in a cold sweat by Terence Young, and as a Commissioner in A great bluff by Georges Lautner.
