Michel-Marie-Bernard Calvet

Michel -Marie- Bernard Calvet SM ( born September 29, 1944 in Autun, Saône -et -Loire, France) is Archbishop of Nouméa.

Life

Michel -Marie Calvet joined the Congregation of the Marist Fathers and the Auxiliary Bishop of Grenoble, Michel Louis Marie Joseph Mondésert, ordained him priest on 28 April 1973.

Pope John Paul II appointed him on July 4, 1979, Titular Bishop of nigrae Maiores and auxiliary bishop in Noumea.
