Michele Frangilli

Michele Frangilli ( born May 1, 1976 in Gallarate, Province of Varese ) is an Italian archer who was Olympic champion in 2012 with the team.

The 1.81 meter tall Frangilli won the 1995 at the outdoor World Championships in Jakarta with the Italian team silver behind the team from South Korea. At the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta Frangilli reached in individual competition in sixth place, with the team he won the bronze medal. In 1997 he again won the bronze medal at the World Indoor Championships, 1999, the Italians were in the hall second behind the Australians. In the outdoor world championship in French Riom won Matteo Bisiani, Ilario Di Buo and Michele Frangilli the title in the team competition against the team from South Korea.
