Miguel Bosé

Miguel Luchino González Borloni ( born April 3, 1956 in Aries, Panama ) is a Spanish singer and actor.

Life

Bose is the son of the bullfighter Luis Miguel Dominguín and the Italian actress Lucia Bosé. Among the friends of his family were Pablo Picasso and Ernest Hemingway. Miguel's godfather was Luchino Visconti. He went in the early 1970s to London and enrolled there in a school for dance and mime from Lindsay Kemp; later he moved to the School of Dance of Maurice Béjart in Paris.

First movie experience accumulated Bosé 1973; especially 1976-1978 he was very active as an actor. Subsequently, he was a regular, but rare to see on cinema screens.

In 1975, he was with the help of Camilo Sesto his debut in the music business. He had with the hit and the album of the same name Linda 1977. 1978 came his second album, Miguel Bosé, with the hit Anna to market his first big hit.

In his career, he has recorded a total of 21 albums. He also participated as an actor in 35 feature films, including in High Heels ( 1991) by Pedro Almodovar and St. Bartholomew's Day ( 1994) by Patrice Chéreau. He also directed and starred in plays and hosted from 1997 to 1999 a program in the first Spanish television. In 2002, he hosted the Italian version of the Spanish Operación Triunfo mission, a format that combines elements from Germany Idol and Big Brother connects.

Since 2005, Bosé ambassador of development organization Oxfam.
