Miguel Itzigsohn

Miguel Itzigsohn was an Argentine astronomer who was active in the years 1955-1972 Division Director of the Observatorio Astronómico the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, the capital of the Argentine province of Buenos Aires.

He was specialized in celestial mechanics and astrometry, discovered 1948-1954 but also a number of asteroids and devoted himself to the study of comets.
