Mike Dred
Mike Dred is the best known pseudonym of the British techno DJs, producers and sound engineer Michael Christopher Cullen (born 1967 in Lowestoft, UK). His publications are largely attributable to the acid techno. Except as Mike Dred he published under the pseudonyms Chimera, DJ Judge Dred, The Cosmic Command, machine codes and Space Avenger. Dred has been active since 1983 as a DJ and as a producer since 1988. According to Richard D. James ( Aphex Twin ) Dred was the first artist to be released on James' Rephlex Records label a disk. Other works appeared on R & S Records, Diatomyc and his own label machine code. Along with James Cullen published as Universal Indicator.
