Mikel Landa

Mikel Landa Meana ( born December 13, 1989 in Vitoria- Gasteiz ) is a Spanish cyclist.

Career

The Basque Mikel Landa was founded in August of 2009, the Spanish Professional Continental team Orbea. He achieved this year still ranked fourth in the overall standings of the Vuelta a Madrid for drivers under 23 in his first full professional year, he was among other fifth in the overall standings of the Tour de l' Avenir, which the major junior tours counts. In 2011 he moved to the ProTeam Euskaltel -Euskadi, for which he could retract his first professional victory. He won the fifth stage of the Tour of Burgos and in addition the mountains classification. The tour ended on the 19th place overall.
